A Fete, fulfilled orders and a new bag…

I have just found out that I have secured a stall at a charity fete in August – more details to follow. I am so excited to be able to take my items and show them off publicly to hopefully and potentially hundreds of people. I will be showing off bags, napkins, jewellery and lots more things. I promise to post the details as soon as I have all of them.

Busy few days also fulfilling orders for cards and some jewellery. With lots of semi precious stones to hand, my brain goes into over drive and knowing who these were for helped me as I could chose the stones and colours to match the person and their personality.

I will be making more earrings, bracelets and also necklaces…I will share them when made.

Three more cards…I am so happy and pleased that you are having faith in me to deliver what you ask for and I am also so chuffed when I receive your positive feedback. Remember all my cards can be personalised and can be made to order, besides the one that can be found in the shop.

I was asked to make a hobo bag – which is something I hadn’t done before. I decided to make a prototype to show her. However, on reflection the customer decided that the size she wanted would be more than she could justify, which is fare enough and as I try to keep the products affordable, bags do take time to make and as they are all made by myself have to be realistic about the price.  The one thing about them is they are unique and no one else will have one the same. I do try to make them all slightly different.

This bag is made from a beautiful linen look fabric, which is 100% cotton and lined with some pretty floral fabric. This bag is approx 11″ x 6″ x 5.5″ deep at the widest point. It isn’t made to be reversible but can be, but the handle will stay the same as the outside of the bag.

The handle is wide and a handbag handle, when held it will fold under to give a tapered effect, as demonstrated below in picture 5.

A fun bag and could be used for work, to pop to the shops or use it with a colour coordinated outfit. It has a tie top but doesn’t have to be used.  I actually think this is quite quirky.

If at any time with any of my bags, aprons etc you are not happy with your purchase, just return the item within 5 days and I will give you a full refund

Anyway time to get back to my little room and carry on creating and making more fab gifts and cards for you all.

Thank you again for all you support and please share my pages with your family and friends.

Happy Sunday  – have a peaceful and rememberable day, spending time with those you love and care about.

Fiona 🙂
